      getting paid late. no salary hike. Doesn't answer the calls

      I cant think of anything at the moment.

      Cons

      I never got paid on time. They never increased the salary as promised. They don't answer your calls nor reply to your emails. Management is very narrow minded. They promise something to get you on their payroll and the play with your H1 status. It like begging for what you were actually promised.

      Pros

      This organisation gives lots of respect to their employees, is concerned of issues they face and takes action to sort them out. Management is open to ideas, very supportive and give lot of freedom in work space. Always motivates to perform better. Colleagues are very jovial and energetic. Its a great place to start in base or management level role. Percent of hike is generally 25-30%.

      Cons

      No expert mentors to guide after intermediate level. Infrastructure is something they are working on. Tamil culture is highly dominant. High attrition.

      Zero Job Security: In 2023, an entire department was laid off without warning. Again, in November 2024, around 40 people were let go, with new joiners being the first targets. No Perks or Support: The company offers no perks whatsoever. There’s no proper support for basic tools like CRM, and even salary-related issues are left unresolved. Unhygienic Work Environment: Shockingly, there’s a rat running around the office. Basic office hygiene is completely neglected. Toxic Work Culture: No stability, no growth opportunities, and no respect for employees.
