Hello fellow workers, I am here to inform you about the company called Lester Infoservices private Limited, Turbhe. I have worked in this company for about an year. I have seen the bad as well as good things of company and ultimately this will give a better light whether you choose to join the company or not. 1. Company is absolutely strict. No way you can except sympathy at any time. 2. Company doesnt care if you are intelligent / capable or hardworker. The company will use and throw you without notice. Highly confirmed. No performance review system. Here licking will not work nor hardworking. They will simply use you and then throw when the work is over. 3. No Internet for your timepass like rediff, facebook, yahoo only work related websites will be allowed. Very Very boring at times. 4. No mobile usage so no whats app. You have to keep your mobile inside the locker. The locker may or may not detect the signal. You can use your mobile only during breaks. 5. No freedom to even say anything. Only Veg food is in the cafeteria. 6. No use of HR. They work only on the orders given to them. 7. High amount of dust on the roads. Can't breathe properly especially in the evenings. 8. No hotel near by. It will take atleast 15 mins to reach a hotel. Need to be satisfied with the canteen food. 9. Very pathetic work flow given or work designated. All managers will hate you if you dont obey them even once. They will keep this in their minds and will throw when required. The higher management has allowed their subordinats to be thrown out anytime. 10. Security is very strict. There is a manual search before entering your office. This is to avoid taking mobile or pen drives or electronic devices. 11. Alternate saturdays off. If you dont come to office on the saturdays they call; the managers will keep it in theirs minds and throw you out of the company when they get your replacement. 12. Whether you are a lady or a man it doesnt matter; the rules apply to all of them. They will throw you out of the company even if you have 5+ years experience. 13. Highly demotivating environment. Work for a year and then leave this company. You are bound to make mistakes and eventually you will be thrown out of the company. 14. For software programmers:- if you are Vb.net specialist then will push you into projects that have PHP. If you are a PHP expert you will be pushed into sql programming. 15. If you are incapable of doing it; then you are no use to the company. I assure you they will throw you out. 16. On a average 2 people are thrown out everyday and 4 people are brought in. 17. If you still want to join this company despite all the above points, then be very focused in your job and get out of the company within 1 year. Dont expect them to give you a good appraisal as there are many people to take your place. They know this. 18. If you have given your resignation then be prepared to leave the office on the same day. No 1 months notice will be required. The managers are so organized that they dont need your assistance even for a single day. 19. If you are Unix administrator then you will have to learn Windows too. If you dont learn then you are of no use to them they will throw you out of the company.
