There is never a dull moment. Employees wear many hats and learn many different aspects of managing a business as they are expected to do work that goes beyond their job title.

Cons

The company politics make it very difficult to truly understand what the ultimate goal is. Very negative work environment as gossip, slander, and rumors are the norms within this company. Policies are not enforced across the board and what is standard in one department is not standard in the next. (Dress code, vacation time, sick time, etc.)

Cons

Company is managed like they are in mid centuries. The top management is very senior and they have old school aproach. Many employee practices are from 30 years ago.. they think that yeast/baking business is rocket science but in reality it’s not. They need to be more innovative in every way..
