Free wine, Inter-winery benefits, employees are friendly.

Cons

Managment is not capable of changing, and has had many ocassions where policys change that were working, or policys dont change that aren't working. Managment needs to be flushed out for this to be a successful business.

2 wonderful families own this winery are are really fantastic to work for. The wine is delicious and a very high quality and very easy to sell!!

Cons

It is out in the wine country, so it is a long drive from the freeway. But it is beautiful countryside in the drive.
