1. Business or Marketing graduates with the most self marketing gets management positions. They lead others who have technical knowledge.
2. Collaboration between departments is not smooth because workload structure is not clear and knowledge equals to power. People share their knowledge as small as possible when needed to show their power.
3. Company structure is extremely hierarchical. Management is always right. Their employee's faith depends on their own boss. Some bosses change their employees at a certain period of time (ex 2 years or 5 years) by giving the blame of their department. Long live management, highly welcome new employees.
4. There is no clear development path for each employee because employees' future and current workload depend on their own boss' evaluation. The boss has all power on her/his employee.
