Pros

If someone with less/no experience and dont have any pay expectations can join this company. To maintain H1 status

Cons

There is no Career Oppurtunities, or any senior management. Not sure how anyone can give 5 stars for this company.You have to search for own project. No pay in bench.No holidays, they will cut the pay even when there is a US paid holiday as well.There is a long process to pay the OT. might take even 6 months to receive.they will maintain H1 status even if you are not billable , but you need to pay the tax for the month pay generated.They will ask you to search job in other platforms (though you have 15 yrs of experience in IT they will treat you as a fresher)NO benefits.Nofurther action will be taken after audits from USCIS and you have to pay amount for filling the petition.They have 3-4 sister based companies (Quadrant and others), so they will show these companies as their clients while filing the petition.When you leave the company you will not receive your benefits. HRs : they are basically someone who come to office to open ,sweep and lock while leaving. No body stays in this company for more than a year.

Pros

1. This has to be the first of the Pros - The management (all three directors) of the company are amazing people to work with. 2. Since it's a new start up (<= 6 yrs old) the company does not kill you with unwanted processes and red tape. 3. The salary benefits are good but it could still be better. 4. When you are in trouble (whatever it may be, no can help you better than Lenora's management does).

Cons

1. The company is growing so you need bigger offices :). Right now it's congested. 2. Sometimes the salary whatever you agreed upon initially, you might not see the same number on your paycheck. Actually, there will be some adjustments going on and they will pay you sooner or later, but the reason why this point is mentioned under cons is, the communication needs to be perfect from employers to employees. 3. Absolutely disappointed with technical recruiting team. Because based on my experience they really can't find you a project for yourself. You have to do that for yourself. I'm fine with it, then the question comes why do we need that team in the first place? Only to have billing rate discussions with other vendors/clients? If it's not this point, I would have given a 5 STAR overall rating.. 4. Some people (not all) on the recruitment team as well as immigration team are not as responsive to emails as they should be.

Pros

They are a proactive, positive organization and are very well organized. Management/recruiters pay attention to detail and always follow up with their consultants very professionally. Good work life balance, good Salary and payment on time. Management is very open and easy to reach out to them for any assistance.
