The people here are exceptional, intelligent, approachable, and always willing to help without judgment. Management encourages an open environment where you can share ideas or raise concerns freely. The company values continuous improvement and actively supports turning good ideas into reality.

Cons

The role comes with a steep learning curve, so it’s definitely challenging and not for the faint-hearted. Some parts of the technology stack are a bit outdated, but the company is aware of this and is actively working to modernize it.
