Pros

Literally remote work. That’s it.

Cons

I worked as an SDR, and everything in the negative reviews is accurate. The micromanagement, the fear driven culture, the absence of real training, the constant pressure to be glued to Slack, the unstable targets, the turnover… none of it is exaggerated. You walk in hoping the job will match what they say in the interview. Within days you understand why their probation period is six months and why people cycle out so quickly. You’re measured against impossible expectations, blamed for factors no one could control, and kept in a state of tension that makes actual performance harder, not easier. What makes the whole thing absurd is the PR scramble that happens whenever the truth gets posted online. Instead of fixing anything, they lean on web developers to pump out glowing five star reviews, as if that offsets the avalanche of firsthand accounts describing the same broken culture. It doesn’t make the company look better, it highlights exactly how desperate leadership is to bury the reality current and former sales staff keep calling out. If you’re considering applying, take the negative reviews seriously. They line up with lived experience.

Pros

4 day work week is a decent benefit but not worth dealing with such arrogant and unprofessional employers.

Cons

The CEO wants the employees to be glued to their screen 24x7. their time and attendance policies are ridiculous. Just because the company offers a 4 day work week the CEO seems to think he owns the employees. No training, which is ironic since the platform is meant to train banking employees. The management is rude and unprofessional in communicating with employees about expectations. There is no autonomy, no room for growth. They will fire you because you were not available on slack for 10 minutes while your status was not set to away or if you want to take a sick day. You are made to feel indebted because you were "allowed" to go on leave that was discussed well before joining and was unpaid. BTW all this happened in 3 weeks. Would not recommend working here AT ALL.
