Great pay, good hours, lasting friendships with coworkers.

Leifs ego is out of control. He tends to hire and then let go (fire). He doesn't want people to get close to him.

The people are all really nice and good to work with.

Cons

It's a very combative environment, which in large part is due to the industry it's in. Also uneven workflow.

Flexible workday, Low stress environment with great co workers, Very supportive environment for growth and learning for a long term career. Good way to get experience dealing with insurance.

Cons

Somewhat disorganized, unattractive and often uncomfortable office space. It's in great need of renovation.
