Pros

Most of Legends accounts are in seasonal facilities and they are small enough that when your season is over you really do not have to move around in the off season like other companies Levy,DNC, Aramark, Etc)

Cons

This review is from the experience of a salaried manager. As an hourly employee your experience will depend on the quality of the manager at that particular property. On the surface this company looks like a refreshing new version in the world of contractual food and beverage, however when you dig a little deeper they are actually one of the worst companies out there, the amount of lies and duplicities you will encounter in a day are mind numbing. their middle management has no clue what they are doing and there is absolutely zero training or instructions given on any of their systems there is zero support from corporate. egos are extremely prevalent and middle management is allowed to say and do whatever they want to staff as they are friends with HR and there is a zero chance of them being reprimanded. Unless Legends is your last choice I would avoid them if possible as a salaried manager

Pros

The name of the company sounds cool, but that's about it.

Cons

Where to start? Incredibly two-faced organization that only looks after their "best" employees. Like any salesman, they will dress it up as being a wonderful opportunity and a team that you would be lucky to be a part of, when in reality, it is anything but that. Unless one of your supervisors/bosses identifies you as someone with potential, there is limited room for career growth. While anyone working in sports knows that it can be a grind, the pathetic salary they offer is barely enough to live on as they tout full benefits and career opportunities as the reasons you should work for them. (DON'T BUY WHAT THEY'RE SELLING!!) What I can tell you from my experience is that beyond your initial training, there is little to no investment in your future, especially if you haven't shown them enough in your first couple weeks on the job. Nepotism and favoritism are strong indicators of a company I would never want to work for; I wish I had only known that prior to accepting this job. They use the system to exploit young men and women, fresh out of school and in need of a job, all while relying on your so called "love" of sports to pay you less than what you can earn working at a fast food restaurant while their commission structure is pathetic at best. (WHITE) Male-dominated organization with little representation when it comes to women and people of different racial backgrounds.

Pros

The occasional friendly co worker and free food , and set schedule

Cons

Pay Priority system They will turn you away after you come all the way to the stadium if it's a low ticket game, meaning you come for nothing . I've witnessed this many times in my 3 years there. Call time for a night game is usually 3:30 for cashiers but most of the time because of their system your left waiting for up to an hour and a half in inclement weather. Union dues that honestly take up a lot when you're not earning much in the first place Having to smile while serving 11/12 dollar beer, that price is ridiculous as so is other concession prices. They literally treat every employee like they're stealing and as if they're criminals , was once stopped for having a bulge in my pocket and when asked to show them the content I retrieved my wallet and showed it to them. Ridiculous They've also been lowering starting wages every year as now it's minimum wage which is ridiculous for the amount you work. So basically you work in the blazing hot sun for pennies and upper management has a superiority complex , they feel like you should be grateful for the opportunity to work for them because it's Yankee stadium.
