They have worst company culture.they take work from you the entire month and end of the month ,deduct your salaries.They can terminate you at any time. you will work for 12 hours in a day and end of the day the you feel harassed by them. They even dont have the knowledge and skills to work. If you raise any voice, they have powers to demote you, claim the service agreement amount from you,terminate you in the evening by a single call, hold your relieving letter and full and final account settlement. This is the process of the company. If by any chance you are thinking to join this company, Please connect with their ex employees. Don't go on positive reviews because all are fake reviews and self written.

Following things will enable you to think twice before joining LeewayHertz 1. Not in time salary 2. 20-25 people team doing 250 people work. 3. Legal service agreement with 2.5 lac penalty + liquidated damages which can cause you to pay company more than 5 LAC. 4. No one listen 5. No process define 6. Employees cry. 7. With any issue that becomes bottle neck, the company show the Legal agreement. 8. You can see parents of employees coming and begging management for release the employee. 9. No training is given and employees are asked to work from day 1 10. In bond company mention that they will give all training, but none happen. 11. No party, No bonus, No insurance, No PF deduction 12. Recording softwares are installed on every laptop/desktop and employees voices are recorded and are used against them. 13. Video cameras have recorder too. 14. Company brings chips and biscuits every Monday which act as food, when employees have to work 24-36 hours at stretch. 15. No Personal life
