      Pros

      Working with students, helping them learn and grow into adults.

      Cons

      The staff is clicky, hateful towards each other if you dont fit into their "bubble". Was hard coming into work knowing people went out of their way to get you into trouble with your supervisor. No grace, horrible awful people.

      Working with a variety of students and staff. Mostly independent. Everyone is giving 100%. Time off for holidays and summers.

      Cons

      High stress, Support in place, but bombarded already. Understaffed. Hard to keep new people due to work load, on-boarding process lacks direction. It is trial and error to start.

      Incompetence at the District Leadership Positions, doesn't support building level admin or teachers. Difficulties in holding students accountable in disciplinary issues. Too much leniency in many areas of the educational process.
