Pros
Lede has great clients, great learning opportunities, and you get to work on really cool projects, accounts, brands, and activations. It's very hands-on and you learn a lot in a quick place, growing as a better PR professional whilst there. Many of the managers are happy to answer your questions and guide you to the right place.
Cons
The workplace culture is not great. Not even overtime or free swag was enough to make up for it. It felt like the popular kid's table in high school. While I was able to meet wonderful people and making lasting connections, overall it was quite toxic.
