      Pros

      Interesting field. Challenging subject. Research oriented, Mid size - a lot of responsibilities but not doing dirty work like in a 5 person startup.

      Cons

      Lack of clients, Extremely difficult to meet the 99.99% target. Lack of connection of higher management to boots on the ground.
