Since the previous president Moore retired, the company has gone through three rounds of layoffs. The current management is not qualified to turn the company around and rebuild after the covid shutdowns affected sales. You have one person with zero marketing experience trying to promote the company and develop product ideas and he has no idea what he is doing. And you have others who have been with the company so long that they are tone deaf to what the market needs and wants. Compensation is not in line with what competitors pay and they cannot retain young talent long enough to do anything meaningful.
