Pros

It's a great starting place. I learned a lot from my students and it filled me with purpose. Some of the staff is very nice like the ESL and Jail staff.

Cons

Upper management will treat you like a child. Like they know better even if you have experience. They're very mean. They also play favorites. If your coworkers don't like you, they'll ice you out. It's a very toxic work environment on the HSE and management side.
