Only con I can see is the location. Since Jaipur is not an IT hub. It will be hard to find good IT employees

Lack of training structure No orientation or introduction with the team at the time of joining Unprofessional attitude at times Lack of encouragement or appreciation for your work Timely reminder of you being a replaceable employee Politely shown the exit door
