It is close to Walmart.
Cons
-Benefits are horrible, you pay double what you would pay in a large company. No raises. Want you to stay late with no pay, maybe time-off, if approved. -Absolutely no advancement. -Poorly managed. Micro managed to extremes. -Office cleaning is part of your job duties, for all positions. -Cheap. Not open to new equipment or systems. -High turnover rate, No one seems to want to work there for very long. -Toxic , narcissistic, manipulative leadership. Blame subordinates for their inefficiencies.
