      If you are up for good challenges, this is the place. The tech and the quality of it prove that I made the good decision joining. Intense work but worth it. The support on your daily work is high.

      Work-life balance but it's totally manageable

      - Lots of hard challenges - problems that make you think a lot more than just writing out vanilla code. - There's a fast path to success - people are rewarded well for their efforts. - High ownership environment where you drive something e2e and have direct impact on consumers. - A driven organization to be honest - lots of brilliant people around you to learn from tbh.

      Cons

      - It can be challenging for some people initially, but I wouldn't consider it a con as such - lots of help available.

      Obsessively innovative people, working very hard to build products that might just change the world. Lazar focused to that end. The most brilliant crew I have had the pleasure to work with in some time. Never a dull day. Always iterating. Always learning. Bias to action

      Brilliant minds but all the comes with. Sometimes its hard to keep up. Pace of change and growth can be intense.
