It's a job, but is it worth it?

Working outside Learning about plants Opportunity to learn a trade in a growing field (No Pun)

Cons

With all outside work, weather dictates your schedule. The management had to be on top of every aspect of every job sometimes, even if the job was self-explanatory. There was no trust. They believed their own employees to be guilty and made them prove themselves innocent.

Pros are whenever you are done for the day despite the time the day is over and time to go

Cons

The manager there is a control freak, there is no reward for doing good and no punishment for doing bad. Despite how many times someone messes up even if it’s the same person mass punishment or talking will be coming instead of talking to one individual.
