      There is no Reasons to join this company I suggest people who thought to join this company they 1st decided to work free No Work Only best thing they provide Friday lunch only Company looks good (Interior)

      Cons

      No salary (guys you are not getting salary for 3 - 4 months) if they thought to give they gives only half month salaries. worst management unnecessary rules They don't know how to treat employees They don't have minimum ethics All lie promises from management

      Relaxed work environment,Free Tea twice a day, Cool timings ,Complete Independence

      Cons

      1.Very less professionalism 2.Narrow minded people 3.Nothing new to learn, your daily task would be bug fixing ,mostly label changes in DB Form fields . 4.No transparency from the upper management. 5.Low pay,less hikes,completely dependent on one client ,no new projects 6.Only long term employees (pillars) are safe . 7.No value for employees.They hire and fire at a random basis giving an excuse of PIP.
