      Pros

      Being a full-time employee that works for LaunchCode on building the classes that students take has been very rewarding. Having a job that has a clearly positive impact on my community is quite different that simply having a normal programming job. I feel empowered by management. The vibe in the office is positive and focused on helping people take free classes and hopefully get their first job in tech. PTO and medical benefits are good.

      Cons

      If you work for LaunchCode as a full-time employee, the pay is not market level if you have programming experience. This is not apply to the apprentice program for students.

      Thanks for your review! As a non-profit, the salaries we're able to offer our full-time employees will differ from what they may be able to earn in a similar corporate role.
