      Empowering Work Environment

      Pros

      LaunchBoom (LB) was one of the most valuable and rewarding work experiences I've ever been a part of. Personally, I consider myself to be close to 'unemployable' unless I feel almost entirely empowered to creatively solve problems and propel a project or company forward. LB provided me with that opportunity and I was able to learn tremendous amounts about new markets consistently and continuously boost my marketing and sales skills. I constantly found new opportunities to grow as an employee, and was encouraged to experiment, so long as I could provide appropriate rationale for engaging in certain strategies and tactics. I mainly worked remote, but the team was welcoming and easy to work with, led by an expert founding team boasting diverse skill sets for the marketplace.

      Cons

      Honestly, nothing significant comes to mind. LB helped propel me along my career path to greater heights than it's ever been, and I'll always be grateful for that.

      Amazing Family, Learning, and Lifestyle

      Pros

      100% remote, LaunchBoom allows you to live the lifestyle you desire. Although there isn't a physical office, I've never felt more connected or closer to a team I've worked with. The company truly cares about employees well-being (mental&physical), and makes it a point to guide/support each member to reach their highest potential as a professional and human being. The intellect, work ethic, and character of each team member is collectively what allows LaunchBoom to be the top crowdfunding agency in the world . You're truly MAKING A DIFFERENCE being a member of this team!

      Work hours can be long at times, especially with no "set work hours".

      Campaign Strategist Position

      Pros

      -Work with some amazing, hard working people that challenge you to be your best on a daily basis. -Get to work on different kinds of cool products that need help with launching and managing a successful crowdfunding campaign. Anything from cookware to robotics, healthcare products and more! -Get to work from wherever you want and mostly have control over your own schedule since the entire team is remote.

      Cons

      -Certain clients will have very specific deadlines and financial goals to meet that may not be attainable through crowdfunding or the launch process. Hard to predict until you're really in the thick of it. -Can be difficult to get all team members on the same page since everyone works remotely. -Too much time is spent in meetings discussing new ideas or ways to improve the campaign marketing process. It's great to learn and adapt, but the focus should be on doubling-down on what you know already works with the current client load.
