      People who where working there are good

      Cons

      The management side is very poor in handling with employees. They won't keep up to the words which they promised on joining. They will terminate without any prior intimation or notice. This has happened to most of the freshers who worked there. They will do false promises when your join the company . No job security. Company is not follow any standards. They won't provide salary if you put down paper . They won't respond to the mail if you ask for pending salary/variable pay.

      This is a trap! They have no transparency of role and everything is a secret till you get a redundancy email from the HR department and not even a courtesy call to tell you why your position is made redundant. Be careful with the name of this organization itself..it is quite misleading!

      Never Join This Company - Founder Sushmitshri & Solaiappan are cheats and misguide and ill-treat employees

      There is no Pro's apart from few really serious talent they managed to trap and are able to survive

      Cons

      Very bad work environment. Employees are supposed to be available 24/7 no personal life. Most of the time task is assigned but no support. The founder have already become too big for their shoes and are not accessible. The ill treat and humiliate employees. Both Sushmitshri & Solaiappan are having no idea why they started this company. They are so tormenting that they don't understand any process of a Fin-tech environment. They misguide and illtreat employees. Bad people no future
