Fun college stoner job, not much longevity

Pros

Great people to work with (actually met my significant other working there) and a pretty cool college/high school job. You get free passes and there are a lot if team building outings and game nights. I made a lot of good friends and it was generally easy work. Definitely helped with my public speaking and social anxiety.

Cons

Compensation is not NEARLY enough for what you are expected to do. Not much room for growth, though they say they only promote from within. Management plays favorites a lot. Parents tend to dump their kids and expect staff to take care of them all day. TERRIBLE p.o.s. System, as in runs on windows 95 still uses floppy disks terrible. Nightly paperwork was a nightmare for management.

Opportunities for centres to innovate (due to a lack of it from the top)

Cons

Weighed down by out of date policies, no innovation coming from the head office, lack of adaptability, too many executives with high salaries instead of supporting the centres. The company is unfortunately unable to take risks and invest.
