- Flexible schedule (especially for students), if pay isn't a top priority and you'd rather have just a steady paycheck with a pretty good work/life balance as well as the flexibility to go to school then this would be a good company for that
- Hourly employees all got along very well

- Pay was below industry standard and getting raises was very difficult even when over-performing, working OT and weekends
- Management never really seemed to listen to suggestions
- Scheduling was always a mess, it always came down to the end of the month with a massive push to get orders out
