      They have a good vision and show good pay ranges.

      Cons

      They ghost people they interview after making false promises and hope. I also have concerns that they didn't communicate with me for being a more masculine presenting lesbian.

      Consistent oppourtunities as there is constsant turn over in staff.

      Cons

      This organization has no investment or respect for their clients or employees. Extremely difficult to work on-site and interact with clients on a daily basis representing this organization. Incidents take place frequently and upper management has no involvement.
