      Pros

      Some current employees are great to work with. Software ok.

      Cons

      It is clear that leadership doesn't know how to lead the company to the next level and to profitability. CEO runs the company from a spreadsheet, no clear vision of the future.

      Cool product and a few great team members. Culture was okay when not disconnected/siloed. Decent work-life balance and compensation.

      There are major challenges ahead for this team. The company is struggling to maintain traction and differentiate in the marketplace. The leadership team lacks the experience, drive, and energy to scale the company effectively, and the capital is running out quickly. For such a small company, everyone was completely siloed off, and collaboration was minimal across teams. For a startup aiming to win in the category, the pace was too slow, and it felt like most decisions were made on the fly.
