      Pros

      Langtech has a great team and great clients! Management actually cares about employee's happiness and work/life balance by providing flexible work hours, telecommuting, and training opportunities. There is a big focus on team building inside and outside the office. This is a great place to learn new technologies and keep your tech skills sharp. Langtech is constantly evaluating and testing solutions to make sure it provides the best options for clients.

      Cons

      Some processes could use improvement, but it seems they are always being worked on. Several coworkers have complained to me about their time off policy, but I've never had any issues.
