      10 hrs - 4 day work week

      Cons

      Phones constantly ringing, secretary who dresses very unprofessionally (first person to greet is making "the impression on the company" seems to out of sight more, take 2 lunches. The lunch honor system is abused every day. So much cackling and bs'ing it becomes difficult to make my phone calls. You will drown in clean room with heavy work load while others are bs'ing...
