      Pros

      Landbot is an amazing place to work. There’s so much learning and updating as we go that’s allowing team members be a part of how we shape the experience of employees. They’re very open minded and ready to help and learn.

      Cons

      Things are moving a bit too fast and it might seem like a lot of changes are happening at the same time.

      We just face the issues of being a growing startup: we need more people, sometimes we lack some process, but we're learning every day.
