      Pros

      Bright, spacious, new, clean. Flexi-time. 37.5 hour week. Very friendly people. High pay.

      Cons

      Very hierarchical, rigid, top-down, compartmentalized, management style: Not caring about training, ideas, or quality of work. Caring only about appearing to look good, statements of work units and deadlines, whether or not they have any usefulness or meaning. Lonely, stressful work, totally unrelated to my qualifications.

      Bright, spacious, new, clean, downtown location Coffee mugs and writing pads are free in every party events with company logo

      Cons

      Lack of leadership - Micro management and Poor people skills Lack of process knowledge and little project management skill Meetings are with very noisy, aggressive, a lot of arguments Hiring and firing are very common Interviews happens every day and management having fun with hiring and firing Very small IT team and interviews every day
