The company lacks clear management direction, and communication is poor, leading to constant confusion and unrealistic expectations. Additionally, we were recently asked to post positive reviews on various online platforms to boost the company’s image, which felt misleading and unethical. If you look at the Google reviews, you’ll notice many were posted on the same day—clearly part of this effort. Overall, the environment is more about appearances than genuine improvement, and it’s been a disappointing experience working here.

Hybrid working is good, as half of the time you don't spend time on travel.

Cons

Recently, we were encouraged to write glowing reviews on various review sites to create a positive image for the company, which didn’t feel honest or right. For example in google, you can see that almost all reviews posted in a single day, all part of this push for a better online presence. As an employee here, I’ve found the work environment to be chaotic and high-pressure, with projects often coming in last minute and little guidance on expectations. Suggestions for improvement don’t seem to be welcome, and it feels like employees’ voices aren’t valued. Micromanagement is also a serious issue. Unfortunately, the focus on appearance over genuine improvement has made for a disappointing experience overall.
