Management is paid way too much to do too little. Feeling like a cog in a machine that just makes more profit for the upper management.

They force clock you in at 7am if your early, so no point in being early, but they give you a half point if your 1 minute. Their training isn’t much of training, more of watch and learn and hope you pick up everything, but if something goes wrong that you haven’t been shown yet it’s still your fault. They only give you a week of pto for the first 3 years, andslowly you work your way up to 2 weeks after 11 years. Management does not communicate between each other very well. This place is just not a very well organized place to work, and is hard for new people to get acquainted with it, but is great for the people who have been there for a long time.
