Hello, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We're sorry that your time with us was not what you expected it to be. Since the date of your review, we have grown tremendously in our culture and as a company. We have set new standards for transparency that are being consistently applied daily; we are even allowing candidates to shadow the position they applied for before making a decision so they can determine if there is a good match! We apologize immensely that you didn't feel as if you were part of the team. Building relationships and team comradery are two things we value most, and we will take action to ensure that this does not happen again. In regard to your concern with hours and pay, we do have all new employees read and agree to our onboarding documents that do agree that any overtime beyond 40 hours a week is paid time-and-a-half. We encourage anyone with a concern about the culture or environment here at Lakeside to give us feedback so we can resolve the issue in a timely matter.
