      Good life-work balance depending on your line manager.

      Cons

      Poor Salary, Lack of promotion unless CEO decides. Shady deals by top management that forces you to sign a document you know nothing about. No appraisal. No increment in salary till you leave the company. No direction. No strategy. No career path. No growth. Your contribution to the company can never be felt because all projects are either elephant project or doesn't involve you directly. White people are preferred to blacks and Nigerians. Competency awareness is useless in the organization

      It is a very nice company to work with and to learn many experience because I learned many experience in ladol and they have safety culture

      Cons

      The only thing is that there is some people that in key position but they doesn't have power to take decision even something is wrong
