Pros
Great work environment- the attorneys are down-to-earth and easy to get along with. Good hands-on experience- a lot of court room experience. Management understands the employees needs and there is mentorship for new attorneys.
Cons
Like any helping profession it is easy to suffer from compassion fatigue, but you are allowed to take as many mental health days or time off as needed as long as it does not interfere with your quality of work.
