      Pros

      Excellent executive culture, best communication skills density I've ever seen, autonomy is valued, the product itself is quite interesting. As a developer, best practices are valued and followed by leads, teammates are focused and the DevOps colleagues are absolutely fantastic, capable, professional and supportive.

      Cons

      Profits diminished greatly post-COVID, and company had to downsize.
