Pros

You get few creams each year - good to use unless you have a sensitive skin Some talented and nice colleagues to work with - but they are always the first ones to leave

Cons

- Unreal level of stress - Massive tension in between or within teams - 0 organization, each tentative of new process establishment lead to create more complexity without expected results. Everything is a total mess - The whole people management organization is a total disaster. Of course no personal development training, no career plan discussion, there is no moment for employee to express themselves. Instead, fear management, and always higher pressure. HR are only here to put even more pressure, but certainly not to develop or help employees -Mid-management seems like they don't know their job, total lack of leadership, they are just as stressed out as the other. - Finger pointing culture. Some very toxic employee will spend more time trying to highlight other people issue instead of taking care of their own job.

Pros

They give you a lot of free products so if you are a female it could be nice.

Cons

Salaries are low and people are low as well. Management is pretty shallow in knowledge and a lot of acting happens there. Workload huge and long hours all the time.

Pros

Exceptional health care which for many years was free. Now they make you pay for it and discourage you from adding your husband or children. They wanted to know why my 21 yearold son needed to be added under my health insurance and suggested he go find work as a stock person. They used to have a fabulous pension plan but that was ten year ago. They worked out a deal for me that had me out by the next birthday or else forfeit almost half of my pension or risk termination if the new 24year old manager considered me too old fashioned. What a crappy 55th birthday gift to me they gave me.

Cons

Eversince some german company took over in 2010 they decided to clean house. Out was everyone who had a family, went to church, celebrated Christmas or who didn't wear a thong. If you had a headache or hurt your hand or had a cast they would pretend they didn't see. Hoping that you would quit so they wont have to pay you unemployment, they only knew how to yell and call you stupid.
