      Pros

      LUMS provide good place not only for study but also to work here. Challenging tasks polished your skills. Everyone is dedicated to it to work. All colleagues are supportive and provide guidance. IT department is always active to provide services and facilitate inter-departments and students with latest technologies. Basic employee benefits are provided.

      Cons

      HR department is bit slow but all are co-operative. Attendance is strict and morning timing are very early . Promotions are unexpected not fully transparent. No certifications and trainings offer .

      I am here because of its environment,explosure,faculty,collegues.. every thing about Lums is just fantastic

      U rely have to work hard irrespective of any excuse. u have to give your 100% yo survive

      Pros

      You will doing some interesting research, and you get a few papers published you will get admission to great university. Dr. Umar is well respected and having a good recommendation from him will help a lot.

      Cons

      You have to be self motivated. At times even when you meet your deadlines paper will not sent sony Dr. Umar. Not a good more as alternate to a proper software house.
