      Pros

      Awesome schedule 4 days on 4 off rotating weekly. Loose supervision your alone all day move at your pace as long as the job is done at a decent time Company vehicle and gas

      Cons

      Poor communication and organization between amazon to lonestar to employee. You don’t have a set route it’s different everyday so it takes so much longer to become familiar with your surroundings. Company equipment to due to being used non stop is always neglected. All vans have some problems ranging from inconvenient to dangerous. Broken doors, bald tires, little to no engine maintenance

      Pros

      Employee Benefits, Good employees to work with, much better building to work in, so far these are the only pros I can think of.

      Cons

      CEO and VP need to know what the employees are thinking and have better engagement with their Management group, workload and worklife balance needs be addressed from all positions.

      Driving by yourself and getting to know customers and the area you are in !!! 4 stars . And a peace of mind

      Cons

      The pay for performance is the worst you can ever have at a delivery company. Instead of getting paid by the hour , your getting paid by the package . And it's not high , try 85 cents per package .then they overload you with deliveries , want you to make sure you pick up on time . You pay rate is $7.25 and hour . If you see this job turn around and run fast !!!!! They don't care about there employees. They will work you like dogs and fire you in a heartbeat!
