Pros

There aren’t very many pros to this company. You get a check. You get a target on your back for hard work.

Cons

Facilities: The automated conveyor is terrible and obsolete. Management cant afford to pay for proper maintenance to change the algorithms so that product can run smoothly. There has been more than one natural gas leak this year alone and the building was not evacuated and workers were forced to work in hazardous conditions or otherwise pointed for leaving. Staffing: They have a temp agency on sight and are massively understaffed which doesn’t make sense to me. I witnessed over 30 people get laid off in my short time here. Due to other issues I’ll speak upon later they cannot seem to keep employees. Management: Cops have been called to the site on more than one occasion due to poor management practices and mistreated employees. Upper management looks out for one another and will try to get you fired before they admit they were in the wrong. This place is worse than high school. They try the “crack the whip” technique which is an old and ineffective way to lead your direct reports. Coaching/Mentoring/Training is nonexistent here. You get a power point slide and a couple handouts and you’re on your way. Benefits: Lol. There are plenty of other companies that appreciate hard work. This is not one of them. Stay away.

Pros

Pay is pretty good compared to other factory work. Work isn't very difficult

Cons

They like to play favorites with some of the employees. Basically if their little pet employees dont like you then they will make you're work miserable until you want to quit. The cater to first and second shift. They will most likely screw you over one way or another, the only reason I had agreed to work third shift is because of the overtime hours, then they cut third shifts overtime out because second shift wanted to stay later. They discriminate against people. They were making fun of me and other people thinking that I wouldnt find out. They were super disrespectful talking about people over the radios constantly.. It was a truly awful work experience.

Pros

You receive a paycheck and some of the people you work with are tolerable.

Cons

Where do I start? 1. Supervisors and other members of management are completely incompetent 2. Said supervisors and other members of management put quantity over quality 3. bindery employees never know when their next day off is going to be. (6-7 day weeks are a regular thing) 4. They care little for the safety and well-being of their employees 5. The turnover rate is insane 6. Morale is rock bottom and as such so is the quality of work being performed 7. raises greater than 1% don't exist anymore 8. Superiors seldom follow the policies they are supposed to enforce 9. they refuse to turn on the AC 10. The words "good job!" apparently belong to a foreign language 11. Want to advance within the company? Too bad! 12. Favoritism
