Pros
It is a small company with good goals and fun people to work with, from the office to the warehouse to the sales staff. The owners are interested in seeing the success of the company, and look for good employees to help meet that goal.
Cons
They can be a bit unpredictable, change their minds at the last minute, and expect you to work long hours at the drop of a hat. Having different family members all in management means that you have to do what each one of them wants you to do, and they rarely communicate to each other that they are re-assigning you to a new task.
