Pros

I can hardly find any pros, I hate this company and its staff so much

Cons

Too many cons: 1. poor management, too many old seafoods, bad teammates. DON'T expect you can learn from senior staff. They usually ask you to do it yourself, no clear instruction and requirement, lack of communication. They don't treate junior staff friendly. 2. no OT allowance 3. project sites are usually far away 4. no 1 month bonus, usually just equivalent to 70% of your 1 month salary 5. need sick leave certificate even though you take half day sick leave

Pros

Good supportive peers and colleagues once you have established rapport

Cons

Micromanagement to the max. Management is clueless what is people management. No new viable customers for over 2 years. They are continuing on existing customers and even this is reducing over time. Join at your own risk to your career.

You name it .. management is all about keeping retiring friends to job and enjoy on companies declining growth
