Pros
Genuine care for employees by upper management. Good benefits. Great teamwork and collaboration with one another. Involved in community and encourages philanthropic activity from employees which includes paying for time to volunteer.
Cons
There are some growth opportunities with regard to establishing policies and procedures. The company has grown so fast in the past year, it has been hard for the infrastructure to keep up.
