Occasional lunches and jokes. Massive down time to look for other career opportunities. Perfect if you’re a junior or senior in college trying to get some “work experience.”
Cons
They are shady to their employees and applicants. They show no discression and use vulgar obscene language to their male and female employees. South county manager knows his stuff but is unprofessional and very unorganized. They spend most their time messing around and joking. Northern California seems alright for the most part. This company is not big on success because it’s literally a battle of North vs South. North talks trash on south office and south office speaks poorly of the north office. No room for growth and pay is not competitive. They’ll lie, lie, and lie some more to employees, candidates, and applicants.
