Pros
Field sales and service teams are the only ones keeping the company afloat.
Cons
Massive disconnect between corporate and the field. Upper management thinks the field doesn’t really work. Field sales and service team feels like they cannot take earned vacation, while the folks at corporate have no problem taking time off. Massive supply chain issues: parts needed by service technicians are consistently on backorder, nails and staples that customers usually buy are on backorder a lot. The industrial supply side of the business is a joke. Professionally pigeon holed. No room for advancement or raises.
