Where to start, if you care about your sanity then this isn’t the place for you. Absolutely insane way of working, commercially they are willing to do anything to hit a number, company values and goals could not be further apart from the challenges that you will have to go through. The internal systems and expense policy are absolutely ludicrous. Not willing to change its culture or invest in its people, not willing to invest in their partners or the market. Absolutely zero trust in its staff and it’s either the Korean way or the high way! You are literally just a pound of flesh, who is expected to jump when asked how high and at the drop of a hat. Long working hours for zero reward… I could go on but it really wouldn’t do it justice!!

Operational challenges. Cultural glass ceiling. Lacks customer centric mentality. Not enough effort given to competitive compensation or retention.
