      Pros

      -Little to no micromanagement -Encouraged to speak up by management -Constant training -Not expected to work outside contracted ours -Management do not shy away from problems, if issues exist they fix them - strong team chemistry - Yearly bonus for all staff - Good performances are rewarded

      - High expectations - You have to work hard to succeed - Would like some more vision on the future growth plans

      Pros

      Very multi-culturally diverse group who are open-minded, growth-oriented and staff supportive. I've never been to a company who values work life balance this much. Very supportive. Everyone is heard.

      Cons

      None at the moment. I'm quite happy with how the management is handling all challenges.

      Pros

      The world of lighting is a complex one, especially having no real experience in the field. Having joined LEDFlex straight out of university, I received training in a variety of different fields within the business which helped develop not only my skills, but my knowledge in lighting. -Working from home days - Good friendly team - Expense account - Free lights! - Career growth opportunities, as they are rapidly expanding

      Unfortunately do not have an office in the US (Yet!)
