      There was absolutely no structure. The team was entirely reactive with no strategy. I was underpaid for my work on top working in a generally hostile environment. There were elements of corporate sabotage (which was brought to the CEO’s attention and fully dismissed). There was no HR to help mitigate “challenging” interpersonal relationships and a whole host potential tidal 9 violations.

      Absolutely nothing. This is the worst company I have ever worked for, no HR, micromanagement, bunch of arrogant French people thinking they are Jeff Bezos run it. Racism, sexism, low pay, unfairness is involved in your day-to-day. Directors making you do unethical stuff... this company needs to be properly investigated. Causing people mental health and self-esteem issues with their dysfunctioning work environment.

      Bullying, the constant job-threatening messages I have been receiving, lack of trust and micromanagement, as well as unfair, discriminatory working environment. As another review above writes, abusive and threatening behaviour from Directors, Directors lie to staff and clients alike The directors have no real interest or knowledge of the creative industry - however they very much care about their free hotel stays, free products and abusing the employees! Incredibly toxic... no room for growth, no benefits... I can continue... But you RUN AWAY.
